Gizmodo posted the following article: Feral Cats Are an Ecological Disaster

The article blames feral cats as being responsible for having made several animals endangered.

I wish I could say “oh no, not those cute little kitties!” However, let’s be honest, your fuzzy little baby is a murderer on the inside.

I think that rather than just painting cats as evil, the article should have mentioned why TNR is that much more important. TNR would help keep the feral population low.

It does briefly state that your cats should stay indoors. Again, I know most rescue people have strict beliefs on the issue. I will again state that my cats are indoors, but that it’s more for their protection than that of the outdoor critters.
