
This post is admittedly part update, part rant.
Sarah, whom I’ve had since she was 5 days old, was finally adopted just weeks before turning 1.
Another colleague in rescue (I have many of them) shared a Journal Article about cat aging, what’s typical, and what one should look out for that might indicate a problem.
As I mentioned in my earlier post about Cassie, a friend of mine was contacted by someone in Halifax looking for help with some adoptable kittens.
Stuff happened in between, and now I have five more kittens in addition to Cassie.


Stuart is now being cared for by two other volunteers, and I have the joy of taking care of Cassie.
Three kittens were at a recent adoption event. Since they weren’t adopted, and two needed some socialization, we took them home for a couple weeks.
